• The all-inclusive plan at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos must be purchased for at least 3 consecutive days (exclusively at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos through the hotel’s Website or Call Center or from our preferred partners). It must be acquired by everyone in the room and your group, including children above 3 years old (for kids aged 3–12 years, a 50% discount applies).
• Due to limited space and high demand, we inform you that the public facilities such as pools, lounge chairs, pool bar, beach chairs, & jacuzzis at Villa del Arco are only for owners and registered guests of that resort.
• Please advise our service staff of your type of plan before ordering at any of our Cabo San Lucas restaurants.
• Bracelets must be returned promptly to the Front Desk at the end of your stay to avoid charges.
• All checks must be signed at the end of each meal. If there is an extra charge, this will be notified at the time of your consumption. Checks will be made per room, not individually, and the number of people staying in the same room must be reflected. Group or bulk orders, as well as takeout orders, are not permitted.
• Please note that at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos, we reserve the right to refuse service to overly intoxicated guests or guests violating house rules.
• The all-inclusive plan is nontransferable.
• The all-inclusive plan cannot be canceled or refunded.
• In case of loss of bracelets, a penalty of 1 day will apply to reissue a new bracelet.
• A $2 USD delivery fee applies to room service orders. Meals must be consumed in the restaurant where they are ordered and may not be packaged “to go.”
