Villa Food & Wine Pass

The Villa Food & Wine Pass at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos must be purchased for a minimum of 3 consecutive days (exclusively at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos through the hotel’s Website or Call Center, or from our preferred partners) and must be acquired by every person staying in the room and in your party, including children above the age of 3 years old (3–12 years 50% discount applies).

Due to limited space and high demand, we kindly inform you that the public facilities such as Pools, Lounge Chairs, Pool Bar, Beach chairs, & Jacuzzis at Villa del Arco are only for owners and registered guests of that resort.

Please advise our service staff of your meal plan status before ordering at any of our Cabo San Lucas restaurants.

Bracelets indicating your choice to partake in our Villa Food & Wine Pass must be visible and shown at the time of any meal purchase.

Bracelets must be returned promptly to the Front Desk at the end of the Villa Food & Wine Pass term to avoid charges for additional days.

All checks must be signed at the end of each meal. If there is an extra charge, this will be notified at the time of your consumption.

Checks will be made out per room not individually, and it needs to reflect the amount of people staying in the same room. Group or bulk orders as well as takeout orders are not permitted.

Please note that at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos we reserve the right to refuse service to overly intoxicated guests or guests observing violations of house rules.

The Villa Food & Wine Pass is non transferable.

Our Villa Food & Wine Pass cannot be cancelled or refunded.

In case of loss of bracelets a penalty of 1 day will apply for reissue of a new bracelet.

A $2 USD delivery fee applies on Room Service orders. 

Meals must be consumed in the restaurant where they are ordered and may not be packaged “to go.”
