Terms & Conditions

• The Villa Food & Fun Pass is a new inclusion which extends accessrom Villa La Estancia Los Cabos to all of The Villa Group’s Hotels in Los Cabos on applicable reservations, including access to Meals, Activities, and Services at each resort. 
• This Pass is applicable on new reservations of 3 nights or more when purchasing the All Meals Plan option exclusively at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos through the hotel’s Website or Call Center, or from our preferred partners. This offer is not valid for Groups. 
• Reservations must be made between August 1st, 2023 for travel with arrivals between August 1st to December 19th 2023, and January 4th to December 19th, 2024.
• In order to receive this inclusion,  every person staying in the room must purchase the All Meals Plan option, including children above the age of 3 years old (4–12 years 50% discount applies).
• Please note that specific resorts may limit the number of visitors can receive on specific dates due to limitations in occupancy. In the event your desired resort is over capacity on a particular date, our staff will assist you in choosing a different property for that day.
• Guests are required to request the necessary Access Bracelet for the resort they wish to visit on any given day at the Front Desk of Villa La Estancia Los Cabos prior to visiting another property. Guests who arrive directly at the sister resort, or who do not present the corresponding bracelet, will not be granted access. 
• Please advise our service staff of your meal plan status before ordering at any of our Los Cabos restaurants.
• Villa Food & Fun Pass Bracelets must be visible and shown at the time of any meal purchase and must be returned promptly to the Front Desk at the end of your stay to avoid charges for additional days. (In the event a bracelet is lost, a 1-day penalty will apply for reissue of a new bracelet).
• All checks must be signed at the end of each meal. If there is an extra charge, this will be notified at the time of your consumption.
• Checks will be made out per room, not individually, and they need to reflect the amount of people staying in the same room. Group or bulk orders, in addition to takeout orders, are not permitted.
• Please note that at The Villa Group Resorts, we reserve the right to refuse service to overly intoxicated guests or guests engaging in violations of house rules.
• The Villa Food & Fun Pass is non-transferable and cannot be canceled or refunded.
• A $2 USD delivery fee applies on Room Service orders.
